ABOUT BRIDGETT

Bridgett Dimant is the owner and founder of Bridges To Shine, LLC. She started Bridges To Shine after working as a speech-language pathologist in the pediatric setting for many years and has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder for over 25 years. She is extremely passionate about helping these children “transform” with the proper therapy services.

She is a firm believer in the power of Early Intervention and has worked extremely hard to build a team who share her commitment and vision." I couldn’t be more pleased with the therapists working with us. They are some of the kindest, most caring people I’ve had the pleasure to know. I have complete confidence in each of them, as they all possess excellent credentials and experience.”

She was awarded her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida in 1996. She went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Communicative Disorders from California State University Northridge in December of 2001.  After decades in clinics, schools, home health, Early Steps teams, and teletherapy, I am starting over—bringing everything I’ve learned into a practice designed around real life. Bridges to Shine is the next span in that journey: a place where families feel seen, progress is measurable, and kids shine brighter week after week.

She is a mother of three beautiful children, her oldest daughter has a thriving career with Redbull in Virginia, and her 14 year old twins are active in AAU sports from football to volleyball and basketball. Bridgett enjoys shopping, boating/fishing and spending relaxing quality time with her children in her free time.

Why “Bridges to Shine”?

Bridges make the hard parts feel possible. They turn distances into connections and plans into progress. For our families, that means a steady path from “we’re worried” to “we’ve got this.” For our team, it means a supportive workplace where clinicians can do their best work and be happy doing it.

Bridges to Shine was born from a simple truth: bridges connect people.  Our founder, Bridgett Dimant, M.S., CCC-SLP, grew up watching her dad build bridges—and an empire—one span at a time. That spirit of connection and fresh starts guides everything we do and the name is dedicated to her father.

We provide flexible, family-centered speech and language therapy across Central Florida—where you are: home, school, community, or secure telehealth. With 20+ years’ experience, we combine evidence-based care with joy, coaching parents and collaborating with schools and pediatric providers so kids don’t just meet goals—they shine.

We’re also building a happy, supported place to work. Clinicians deserve the same care we give our families: mentorship, manageable caseloads, and room to grow.

Our promise: build strong bridges—between science and heart, home and school, goals and everyday wins—so starting over feels possible and progress feels exciting.
